Michael Howard is the Owner and Managing Director of multi award-winning Property Management Firm, urbanbubble.
During over 10 years of practice, Michael has become a keynote speaker for the property industry and is recognised as a Build-to-Rent (BtR) / Private Rented Sector (PRS) Specialist. Since 2008, urbanbubble has been elected by nearly 11,000 residents to care for 10,000 schemes across the UK. The company has won numerous recognitions, including Best Property Firm from; Insider, Negotiator and News on the Block and has recently been awarded winner of the Homeviews Top 10 Management Company award, voted for by residents.

Matthew Mackintosh, owner of AM Surveying and Block Management is an award winning MIRPM and Associate RICS qualified Property Manager with broad expertise in Block Management, especially Leasehold residential.
Having been involved in Block Management since 2007 he has developed in-depth experience covering a broad range of property type, client base and Block Management discipline; with expertise in the management of Leasehold residential.
Matthew is especially passionate about delivering excellent customer service to clients and Leaseholders, bringing a rounded and considered approach to Block Management to the benefit of his clients.
Matthew is enthusiastic to promote youth training and development – he is an advocate of apprenticeships, thus promoting and building his future talent not just within but from the bottom up.
A Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Samantha has worked for over 24 years’ in property with particular specialisms in Residential lettings and block management. Samantha has always been keen to give back to the industry volunteering as a Director of IRPM and a RICS Associate Assessor. Then co-founding Doyenne – a networking group providing a forum that promotes open communication and a support network to women.
Samantha’s passion is raising standards in the residential property management sector and encouraging property professionals to be a force for good. In February 2020, she took up her current position as Head of Block Management and Training at SDL Estate Management.
Rajeev Nayyar is the Managing Director of Fixflo, the UK’s leading repairs and maintenance software for residential and commercial property.
Starting his career as a property solicitor, Raj worked in the City and New Zealand. The Fixflo concept came from Raj’s experiences as a landlord and tenant, and the platform is now used in more than a million properties around the world.
Raj was selected as a Rising Star by Estates Gazette and is involved in various industry working groups with a particular focus on the intersection of property management, resident service and resident safety.
Cassandra is a Solicitor and CEO of Property Management Legal Services. She is widely recognised for her expertise in the industry. Amongst her industry related qualifications, she is a member of IRPM and an associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She is a member of the ARMA advisory panel and an honorary consultant to the Federation of Private Residents’ Associations.
Cassandra is a regular speaker at conferences, events and seminars, having worked with leading organisations including ARMA, IRPM, RICS, the Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE), the FPRA and many more.
She is a leading authority in First Tier Tribunal matters and is regularly called upon to advise and represent her national client base.
