Alice Cadfan-Lewis spent more than 16 years working within block management before founding Block Recruit in 2014, a consultancy that works in partnership with employers on securing and retaining the best talent in the industry.
With Block Recruit firmly established on the map Alice co-founded together with female industry peers Doyenne. Unique in its aim to bring together women in block management, providing a platform in which to share challenges, insights and experiences
Claire has worked in residential property for almost 25 years.
After working for a firm of managing agents for nearly 10 years, Claire founded Claibon Recruitment in 2003 upon realising a gap in the market for a specialist recruitment agency that provided a consultative approach to develop staffing strategies and deliver bespoke staffing solutions.
With a team of well-connected industry Consultants, Claibon work closely with managing agents, developers, landlords and their candidates to deliver successful staffing solutions and long term sustainable matches. Claibon help individuals find their dream job whilst securing exceptional talent and building great teams with their clients.
Tony Hymers is the co-founder of Burlington Estates and is currently Chair of ARMA. Tony has been working in property for over 25 years and has a background in both the public and private sector.
Tony is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a PGDip from CEM in Surveying and one in Housing Administration from Sheffield Hallam. Burlington is a niche provider of high-end blocks in Prime Central London and based in Mayfair.
Tony has been on the ARMA Board since 2014 and enjoys the day to day challenges of the job, meaning no two days are the same.
Sue has worked in property management for the past 18 years and is a passionate advocate for raising of industry standards through better transparency and service delivery.
As a fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management and a member of Council and Board Director for ARMA Sue has extensive operational experience, working with Developers, owners, registered providers and managing agents.
Jeff Platt has over 30 years experience working in the residential property management sector and is known to many for his time as Joint CEO of IRPM. During his time at IRPM Jeff was heavily involved in developing IRPM examinations and training courses as well as improving and setting standards in the sector to give property managers a recognised career path.
Jeff is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the lead author of the property management section within the RICS UK Residential Property Standards (“The Blue Book”) and the RICS Good Practice Guide on Mixed – Use Property Management.
