Our Property Management 50 judges are highly respected and well known in the industry
These three are legends in their own right for the work they are doing to raise standards in their respective areas and we are delighted that they are involved in the process of choosing our Property Management 50 for 2024.
Without further ado, we would like to introduce our 2024 judges:
Colin is a multi award winning surveyor and co-founder of Project & Co who are one of the leading surveying firms in the property management sector. He also founded the sector biggest networking events company Proparty which sees over 500 people come together from across the leasehold and property sector.
He is the most followed surveyor on LinkedIn and has even starred on CH4’s ‘Selling Super Houses’, having been in the PM50 for the last few years it’s a huge honour to be judging the best in class.
Claire Bates has been in the Property industry for 12 years. Prior to this she was a manger in the hospitality sector and used her skills acquired during this time to transfer to the property industry. It is these vital customer service skills which have seen her win numerous industry awards, including being named in the Property Management 50 Awards, as well as being shortlisted for ARMA ACEs Property Woman of the Year, and being Highly Commended as Young Property Manager of the Year at the News on the Block awards.
Not one to rest on her laurels, Claire went back to university in 2017 to complete a Masters Degree in Building Surveying, in which she found a passion for historical buildings and sustainability; not things which are often named together! Claire is currently an Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has recently enrolled to do her APC to become a full member.
Joint Founder and Managing Partner of JFM Block & Estate Management, brings two decades of proven expertise in delivering exceptional block management solutions. As a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of The Property Institute (TPI), Joe has solidified his reputation as a trusted leader in the property management sector.
In addition to his role at JFM, Joe is the visionary behind ‘The Block Coach’, a cutting-edge training initiative tailored to meet the unique needs of the property sector and the broader business community. With a focus on highly specialised and targeted training, Joe is committed to equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in an ever-evolving industry.
